My name is Ros (short for Rosalind), I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, a Spinning instructor and Kettlercise Instructor, with several years’ experience running non-military style boot camp sessions, doing 1-2-1 training, teaching spinning & more recently kettlercise classes. I know first-hand the struggles we can all face maintaining a healthy & active lifestyle so am well equipped to help you overcome the hurdles and reach your goals.
