Let me help you get fit and fabulous for the summer with twice weekly challenging workouts that will make you sweat, push your body beyond the norm and help you achieve the results you want. Oh and did I mention you will have fun too!

Camps run for 4 or 5 weeks with training taking place on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 9am.  The location can vary so I maintain regular contact with Campers via email and mobile phone. During the warmer months (March/April to October/November we train outdoors but during the worst of the winter we move to an indoor location.

What equipment do you need for the training sessions?  An exercise mat, dumbbells (1.5 to 2kg) a towel  and water. (Stability balls are also used for some training sessions but more details will be provided before you purchase your own)
