Prior to commencing with your personal training sessions an initial consultation will take place.  This will allow me to assess you past exercise history, determine your exercise readiness, whether you have any health risk factors and establish your goals and needs. It also gives you the opportunity to get to know me.

After the consultation we’ll arrange suitable training times for you, it’s recommended you start as soon as possible so that you can start working towards you goals.

At your first training session a number of fitness tests will be taken to allow me to assess your current fitness levels.  From these results I will be able to design  a program that best fits your fitness level and the goals you have set.

In the training sessions we use free weights and other portable equipment. Each session is an hour long and includes an appropriate warm up, followed by strength and core training with an adequate cool down and stretch.
